Refund policy

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Love Loren must be informed of any returns or exchanges via email or phone before shipping out your item.

• SALE items cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.
• Merchandise must be returned up to 30 days after the package arrives on your doorstep.
• Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return or exchange.
• Merchandise must be accompanied by the original packaging, including tags attached to products.
• If you are not happy with your purchase, you can only return for store credit if you used a promo code of 25% off and above. We do not offer refunds for items purchased during major sales.
• Love Loren is not responsible for any Customs fee the customer is charged and will not issue a refund for any Customs fee that may apply.
• Jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Panties cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Bodysuits cannot be exchanged or returned.
• Swimwear can only be exchanged.
• International orders can only be exchanged for merchandise or store credit.

EXCHANGES AND PROCESSING

• Exchanges will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days after we receive the exchanged item.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

COUPON CODES

• Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total update.
• We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted.
• Only one code can be used on a purchase.
• Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed.
